Are the Joolz Creations jewelry hand-made?
Yes, all of my jewelry is hand-made. I hand make each jewelry at the time you
place your order.
What type of materials are used?
I use only Swarovski cystals (including rondelles and squaredelles), Murano
and glass beads and beautiful freshwater pearls. I use sterling silver (.925) or
Bali silver for all clasps, chains, rings, earring hooks, photo frame charms ...
For the Doki Doki watches, I use metal spacers and Bali silver beads.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Because sterling silver tarnishes over time from being exposed to air, I
recommend you to keep your jewelry in the plastic bag I put your jewelry in
when I ship it to you. You can buy jewelry cleaners that are made for sterling
silver jewelry.
How much is shipping & handling?
The shipping & handling fees are:
$5.99 to any address in the United States.
$12.99 to any international address.
What method of shipping is used?
I ship using USPS Priority Mail for domestic orders.
For international orders, I use USPS Global Priority Mail.
How long will it take to get my order?
I ship once a week. USPS says it will take 1-2 days on an average for
domestic and 6-10 days for international shipping. I will notify you when I ship
your order.
I will create your jewelry once I get your order. Please include your e-mail
address so that I can inform you when I plan on completing your order and
shipping it out to you.
For custom orders, we can either discuss the details by e-mail or phone. At
the time of order, I will tell you when I plan on completing your order and
shipping it out to you.
What are the payment options?
I will accept all major credit cards and bank transfers via PayPal. You will be
able to select the type of payment when you are ready to buy. If you prefer to
pay by a personal check, I will ship your order when your check clears.
What if I want to send the jewelry as a gift?
Joolz Creations jewelry will make perfect gifts!! I will wrap your gift, include a
personalized gift card for you and send it to another address at no additional
cost. Gift certificates make perfect gifts!!
Will sales tax be applied?
State sales tax of 8.25% will be added to purchases with a California address.
What is the Return policy?
My goal is to create you jewelry that you will love and enjoy. If for some
reason you don't, a full refund minus the shipping & handling cost will be sent to
you, if returned in good condition within ten (10) days of your receipt. Please

What is the meaning of the Joolz Creations logo?
The four gems symbolize the family crest ("mon" inJapanese) for my maiden
name, Watanabe. The original family crest has three circles in the same
configuration like the purple gems and there is a bar on the bottom like the
green gem. The three circles symbolize Orion's Belt (the constellation with
three bright stars in the row.) I need to do more research on the meaning!
